Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• You can cancel before we start preparing your order. Please message us on WhatsApp (0316 2443843) as early as possible.
• Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

Refunds and replacements

Because our products are fresh and made to order, we cannot accept returns. If something is wrong with your order — for example a damaged, incorrect or missing item — please contact us on the same day you receive it with a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the account you paid from (JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank), or adjusted on your next order if you prefer.
