What we collect
When you order or create an account we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and order details. If you upload a payment screenshot or a cake reference photo, we store it with your order or request.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your order and contact you about it
- To show your order history and loyalty points in your account
- To answer your messages and requests
- If you start checkout and enter your phone number but do not finish, we may contact you (for example on WhatsApp) to ask if you need help with your order
- To give you reward points, gift vouchers and repeat orders you set up
- To send you a quote when you ask for a custom cake or bulk order
We do not sell your personal information.
Payment details
We never ask for card numbers. For JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfers you send the payment yourself and we only see the Transaction ID and screenshot you upload.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart and login working. If you accept analytics cookies, we use tools such as Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. You can decline.
