How do I place an order?
Choose your items, add them to the cart, enter your delivery details, pick a delivery date and time slot, and choose a payment method. You will see your order number straight away. You can also order on WhatsApp: 0316 2443843.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We are based in Mianwali and deliver across Mianwali. At checkout you choose your area and see the delivery charge before you pay. For other cities please WhatsApp us and we will tell you what is possible.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges depend on your area and are shown at checkout. Delivery is free on orders above the amount shown on the cart page (currently Rs. 5,000).
How can I pay?
JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer (upload your payment screenshot with the Transaction ID), or cash on delivery.
Can I get a custom or birthday cake?
Yes. Many cakes let you add a message to be written on the cake. For your own design, use the Custom Cake page and upload a reference photo — we will send you a quote.
How far ahead should I order?
Choose your preferred date at checkout. For big or custom cakes, wedding and party orders, please order as early as you can so we can plan.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please message us on WhatsApp (0316 2443843) as soon as possible. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Open the Track Order page and enter your order number and phone number. If you have an account you can also see all your orders after you log in.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes. You can buy a gift voucher for any amount and the code can be used at checkout by the person you give it to.
I have an allergy. Who do I ask?
Please read our Allergy & Ingredients page and message us before ordering.
